The Faculty of Arts at the University of Maribor offers a wide range of activities. Students can choose from a variety of extracurricular activities organised by the Student Council of the Faculty of Arts in collaboration with its various tutors. Throughout the entire year, students are welcome to participate in numerous projects and assist with the preparation of events within individual departments. There are also numerous associations within the framework of the faculty and departments that invite new members to join each year. From the Academic Year 2020/21 onwards, students have also been able to participate in creating Filoglasilo, the faculty bulletin, published twice a year. In addition to being involved in activities and events organised by the Faculty, students can also exercise in the Leon Štukelj Univerity Sports Centre after lectures, located in the immediate vicinity of the Faculty.
The Faculty prides itself on its exceptional amphitheatre, where numerous events, including exhibition openings, diploma award ceremonies and the Miklošičeva nagrada award ceremonies take place each month.
