The conference programme will be available in the weeks before the event.
In terms of a rough schedule, we can announce the following time frame:
Thursday
Registration opens: around noon
Conference opening: around 1 pm
Plenary 1, parallel panels, coffee breaks: approx. until 6 pm
Wine Tasting: around 7 pm
(Wine tasting with traditional local snacks will take place in the Old Vine Museum, since Maribor is the official home of the oldest grapevine in the world.)
Friday
Plenary 2, parallel panels, coffee breaks, lunch: approx. between 9 am and 6 pm
Conference Dinner: around 7 pm
(Conference dinner will be organized in one of the local restaurants.)
Saturday
Parallel panels, coffee breaks: approx. until noon
Conference closing and light snack-lunch: around noon
The conference will take place in the main building of the University of Maribor, situated on Slomšek Square (Slomškov trg) in the town centre.
