Application procedure: https://www.erasmusplus.um.si/international-students/application/

Before applying, make sure that your country has an Erasmus+ Institutional Agreement with the University of Maribor.

You can find the Course Catalogue for 2023/24 for all faculties of the University of Maribor at: https://www.erasmusplus.um.si/international-students/application/course-catalogue/.

You can also choose courses from other faculties (maximum from one other faculty), but most of your courses have to be from your main faculty.

The language of instruction and limitations regarding individual courses are stated in the Course catalogue.

We offer compulsory and elective courses. The realization of an elective course depends on how many home students have applied for it. If the required quota isn’t met, the course will not be held.

During the mobility

THE DIGITAL IDENTITY AND UNIVERSITY EMAIL ADDRESS  CHANGES TO THE LEARNING AGREEMENT  CONFIRMATION OF ARRIVAL   LIBRARY
As a student of the University of Maribor, you will receive a digital identity upon your arrival. You can access it through the AIPS academic information system with your student ID number and password.

AIPS will display your new username (usually in the format name.username@student.um.si). The combination of your new username and password represents your digital identity.

The username is also your official university email address, where you will be receiving notifications from the University, your faculty, and the AIPS information system.

If a subject is not available after your arrival or if you have classes simultaneously, we will ask you to make an exceptional change in your Learning Agreement (under During mobility).

Consult with your Departmental Erasmus Coordinator and the teacher of the subjects regarding their availability, then your home University. Send the final version of the Learning Agreement to the International Relations Office within the first two weeks of the semester.

Check if your university requires a Confirmation of Arrival. Present this to the Mobility Coordinator as soon as possible after your arrival.  To enrol in the library, you have to submit an Enrollment Form to the Miklošič Library below.
